Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: July 24, 2026
Welcome to the website of Affordable Glass Mirror and Screen LLC ("Affordable Glass," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.affordableglassmirrorandscreen.com (the "Website") and, where applicable, your interactions with us regarding our glass, mirror, screen, window, and storm shutter products and services.
By accessing or using this Website, submitting an inquiry, requesting an estimate, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.
About Our Services
Affordable Glass Mirror and Screen LLC provides glass, mirror, screen, window, and storm shutter products and services, including installation, repair, and related services.
Information presented on this Website is provided for general informational purposes. The availability, scope, pricing, materials, specifications, and timing of any service may vary depending on the specific project, property conditions, measurements, materials, and other circumstances.
A website inquiry, estimate request, or communication with us does not automatically create a contract for services.
Any specific services to be performed, materials to be used, pricing, payment terms, warranties, and other project requirements will be governed by the applicable written estimate, proposal, work authorization, service agreement, invoice, or other agreement provided to and accepted by the customer.
Estimates and Quotes
Any estimates or quotes provided by Affordable Glass are based on the information available to us at the time the estimate is prepared.
Final pricing may be affected by factors including, but not limited to:
-
Actual measurements and site conditions
-
Material availability and manufacturer pricing
-
Changes requested by the customer
-
Additional labor or materials required to complete the work
-
Conditions discovered after work begins
-
Damage or conditions that were not reasonably visible during the initial inspection
-
Changes in the scope of work
Unless otherwise stated in writing, estimates are not guaranteed to remain valid indefinitely and may be subject to expiration or change.
Any additional work or charges should be communicated to the customer when reasonably practicable and may require customer approval before the additional work is performed.
Custom and Special-Order Products
Certain glass, mirror, screen, window, and related products may be custom-made, custom-cut, fabricated, or specially ordered for a particular project.
Because custom or special-order products may be made specifically for a customer's project, cancellation, modification, return, or refund policies may differ from those applicable to standard products.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving applicable measurements, specifications, colors, finishes, designs, and other project details before fabrication or ordering begins.
Once a custom or special-order product has entered production or has been ordered specifically for a customer, changes or cancellations may not be possible or may result in additional charges, subject to the applicable written agreement and Florida law.
Measurements and Site Conditions
Where Affordable Glass provides measuring or site evaluation services, measurements are intended to support the preparation and performance of the specific project.
Customers should provide accurate information regarding the property and disclose known conditions that may affect the work.
Affordable Glass is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or complications caused by concealed conditions, inaccurate information provided by the customer, structural conditions, pre-existing damage, code-related issues, or conditions that could not reasonably have been identified before work began.
Installation and Repair Services
Installation and repair services may involve working with existing structures, windows, doors, frames, screens, mirrors, glass, storm shutters, or other components.
Repair services are intended to address the specific issue identified at the time of service. Repairing one component does not necessarily guarantee that other pre-existing or unrelated issues will be resolved.
In some circumstances, replacement may be recommended instead of repair when repair is not practical, safe, or reasonably expected to provide a satisfactory result.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
-
Providing reasonable access to the property and work area
-
Ensuring that the work area is reasonably accessible and safe
-
Removing or protecting personal belongings near the work area when requested
-
Providing accurate contact and project information
-
Obtaining any property-owner, landlord, condominium, homeowners association, or other approvals that may be required
-
Informing Affordable Glass of known hazards or conditions that could affect the work
-
Reviewing and approving applicable estimates, proposals, measurements, and specifications
Failure to provide reasonable access or required information may result in scheduling delays or additional charges.
Scheduling and Delays
We make reasonable efforts to complete work according to the schedule communicated to the customer. However, installation and repair schedules may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, material shortages, manufacturer delays, transportation issues, emergency conditions, labor availability, or unforeseen site conditions.
Estimated dates and timeframes are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
Affordable Glass is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Payments
Payment terms will be provided in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, work authorization, or service agreement.
Customers agree to pay all amounts due according to the agreed payment terms.
If a deposit or other advance payment is required, the applicable written agreement will describe the amount, purpose, and whether the payment is refundable or non-refundable.
Any applicable late fees, collection costs, or other charges will be governed by the applicable written agreement and Florida law.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and change policies may vary depending on the type of service or product involved.
Customers should contact Affordable Glass as soon as possible if they need to cancel, reschedule, or modify a project.
For custom, fabricated, or special-order products, cancellation or modification may not be available after production or ordering has begun.
Any cancellation fees, restocking fees, or other charges will be disclosed in the applicable written agreement or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Warranties
Any warranties provided by Affordable Glass will be described in the applicable written agreement, invoice, manufacturer's warranty, or other documentation provided to the customer.
Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and may be subject to the manufacturer's own terms and conditions.
Unless expressly stated in writing, information on this Website does not create or expand any warranty or guarantee.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any warranty or consumer protection right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Existing and Pre-Existing Conditions
Affordable Glass is not responsible for damage, deterioration, defects, or conditions that existed before our work began unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Existing conditions may include, but are not limited to, damaged frames, deteriorated wood, structural issues, improperly installed components, water intrusion, corrosion, code violations, or other conditions outside the scope of the contracted work.
If pre-existing conditions are discovered during a project, additional work may be necessary. Any additional work or charges will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement.
